HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OIL

Aromatherapy (Inhalation)
Direct Inhalation: Put 2–3 drops on your palms, rub together, and inhale deeply.
Diffuser: Add 5–10 drops to an essential oil diffuser filled with water to scent a room.
