HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OIL
Aromatherapy (Inhalation)
Direct Inhalation: Put 2–3 drops on your palms, rub together, and inhale deeply.
Diffuser: Add 5–10 drops to an essential oil diffuser filled with water to scent a room.
Steam Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and breathe in the steam (great for congestion).
Topical Application (On Skin)
Dilution: Always mix essential
oils with a carrier oil (like coconut, almond, or jojoba oil) before applying to sensitive skin.
Massage: Apply diluted oil to sore muscles or tense areas.
Pulse Points: Dab diluted oil on wrists, neck, or temples for relaxation or energy.
Bath & Personal Care
Bath Soak: Add 3–5 drops (mixed in bath salt or carrier oil) to warm bath water for stress relief.
